Ingredients

salmon steaks or fillets

butter or margarine

teaspoon
dried rosemary
crumbled
1/8
teaspoon
salt
1/8
teaspoon
black pepper

tablespoons
dry vermouth or dry white wine

ounces
sliced mushrooms
2
tablespoons
green onions
sliced
Instructions
Grease a 9x12 pan
Arrange salmon in pan with one tablespoon of butter on each fillet
Pour mushrooms and green onions on top, then pour wine on top
Sprinkle with rosemary, salt, and pepper
Seal with foil tightly
Bake at 450° for 1/2 hour
