pureed cooked pumpkin

pumpkin puree

milk

scant cups
sugar

pumpkin pie spice

Instructions
In mixing bowl, combine pumpkin, milk, sugar, and pumpkin pie spice
Add eggs one egg at a time
Pour into uncooked pie crusts
Bake at 450° for 20 minutes, then 350° until firm (about 45 minutes)
