Pumpkin Pie

  • 2 Pie Plates

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pureed cooked pumpkin OR
  • 1 (29-ounce) can pumpkin puree
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 scant cups sugar
  • 3 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

  • In mixing bowl, combine pumpkin, milk, sugar, and pumpkin pie spice
  • Add eggs one egg at a time
  • Pour into uncooked pie crusts
  • Bake at 450° for 20 minutes, then 350° until firm (about 45 minutes)
