Asian Fusion Nachos

Ingredients

  • 20 wonton wrappers cut in half diagonally
  • cooking spray
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 scallions sliced thin
  • hoisin sauce for serving
  • spicy mayonnaise for serving
  • sriracha for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper or a silicon mat. Arrange wonton wrappers on the tray and spray lightly with cooking spray. Bake 6-8 minutes until browned, bubbly, and crispy. Remove from oven and set aside.
  • Brown beef in a skillet over medium-high heat in the sesame oil, adding salt and pepper to season. After the meat is browned, add soy sauce and reduce to further flavor the meat.
  • Place half the wonton chips on a platter, top with half the beef, then add the remaining chips. Sprinkle with scallions and drizzle on hoisin sauce, spicy mayo, and sriracha.
