The first time I ever had these was Christmas several years ago. My mom decided instead of having 240 identical cookies, she’d give 2/3 of her holiday baking bounty away, and she convinced 2 of her friends to do the same. That year, instead of a whole lot of her christmas cookies, we had a reasonable amount of 3 different varieties. I don’t recall what the 3rd one was but this one knocked my proverbial socks off. Crunchy on top, soft and chewy in the middle, and with an incredibly delicious taste, you should do yourself a favor and make up a batch of these for your next party, work event, or other gathering.
You can make them just for yourself at home but Platefuls of Flavors takes no responsibility for your blood sugar, cholesterol, or any other biometrics if you consume the whole pan of them yourself.
