    I have always enjoyed this recipe and often make it for special occasions – like this one I made for New Year’s Day, 2026. It easily feeds a whole crowd of people with moist, delicious pork – essentially making a whole line of pork chops all at once. I also recommend making up a second batch of the glaze and drizzling it over the meat after slicing at service time. What I’m Experimenting With Right Now

There are recipes of all kinds on this site but I usually pick an area to play around in and do a lot of development there for a while before moving onto something else. Maybe I’ll be working on a lot of vegetarian dishes for a while. In the summer, I might be making a lot of ice cream flavors. Who knows?
